Watching him say, "The ayes to the right, three-hundred-and-twelve; the noes to the left, three-hundred-and-eight.  The ayes have it!  The ayes have it!   UNLOCK!"  And then when the house gets all rowdy and he starts banging his gavel yelling, "OORdeerrrrrrr!  ORDER!"  It makes me giggle every time.

Division! Clear the lobby.

He's nothing if not entertaining!  ;D

Too bad, really. Article 16 of the agreement would have allowed the Daughter to change status (i.e., work full time) and still have had her rights protected. Thankfully, she hasn't read the agreement, so she doesn't know that her future plans have just been torpedoed.

I love that little dude.  My husband thinks I'm weird, because I always want to watch the return of the votes in Parliament.

I highly recommend the free tours of Parliament.  Mrs Jimbo arranged it for my Christmas present and I loved it.  Stood right between the benches and could have sat down if I was feeling naughty.

Then corn dogs and cocktails in the middle of the day.

And eel pies?

I am not enjoying watching this from the sidelines, but I don't think anyone sensible is. I hope the whole thing is called off, but I don't know how likely that is without a vote on it. Thank goodness for Bercow putting a slight damper on it. (after TM being compared to Monty Python's Black Knight, which made me giggle)

How far in advance would I need to make arrangements?  If we ever head to London, I'd like to do this.

I’m not sure since I didn’t make the arrangements, but probably weeks rather than months.  I think your MP’s office sets it up.
