Cancellation only trip insurance?

I'm a US citizen residing with my British husband in the UK.  We have private comprehensive health insurance through my former employer in the US.  It covers us anywhere in the world..My question is how to find a trip cancellation only (no medical cover) policy in the UK that will cover a long cruise we are planning next Jan.  I've looked everywhere (even the insurer that covers our house) and nobody seems to do this.   We really don't want to pay twice for medical coverage and trip insurance is very expensive for our age group.  Thanks for all suggestions.

I'd try asking an insurance broker to help you. 

If the trip was booked through a credit card, you can check their policies too. Some include trip insurance.
