Send My Bag Vs. My Baggage (Uni Baggage)

Ah, yes.  I meant to update!

Got the bag on Friday, so only delayed one day.  Was very excited to get it with no further issues.

So it was collected on Monday and delivered on Friday.  Not too shabby.  My only caveat if doing this option is the paperwork and the restricted items (food, liquids, OTC medication, etc. that you could normally send via other methods).

I kept my packing very simple so that I only had to break out:
tops
trousers
dresses
swimwear
underwear
bags

Just wanted to share that I ended up using My Baggage for 3 bags and it was super fast and pretty easy. I did have to list out what was included in the bags but I grouped some together like “office supplies” or “art supplies” and didn’t list every single item. Seemed to be fine. They picked it up from my house in Florida on Wednesday at 3:30pm and I received it on Friday at 11:30 in Belfast. Faster than expected!!

We are using Send My bag. I talked to their customer service and they were helpful. We've listed everything in groups (she said it didn't matter if we counted the full amounts) and they are due to pick them up this coming Monday. We wanted to make sure they arrived before we did. Will give an update once the process is complete.

Small update. DHL picked up our bags promptly this morning. They are now enroute. Will give another update once they arrive in the Uk to my MIL house. So far they've lived up to what they've been required to do.

Update. Our bags made it without any real issues. It was a delayed a short bit in customs but arrived promptly after it cleared. They kept me updated throughout the journey.
