It’s horrible isn’t it. There is no confirmation and the website will act like you havent done anything. I think though if you look to purchase services you’ll see it’s greyed out.

Thanks for your email. You will not receive any confirmation from ourselves. Your application would have been submitted at the end of your appointment, unless stated otherwise. Once your Biometrics and supporting evidence have been submitted, UKVI will undertake the casework and make a decision. You will be advised of the decision within due course by UKVI. UKVCAS has no influence or information on applications once submitted, so we will be unable to respond to any status enquires. Alternatively, please contact them on 0300 123 2241. Please disregard your online UKVCAS account as we are aware of this issue, this will not hinder your application.
