BUMP

Sorry, I've had a busy morning.  Well, week, actually.

Right...I've gone through our correspondence and have come up with the following list and timeline - would love advice;

June 17 -
Me - HMRC P60  Good
Spouse - Bank Letter  Good

Oct 17 -
Me - Investment Bank Letter (hopefully the same as a normal bank)  We used one for my husband one year.
Spouse - NHS & DBS Letters  Pick your favourite one and go with it.

Feb 18 -
Me - Work Payslip Do you have anything else?  I'm not sure this will count.  Anything from March for the two of you, perhaps, so you could use the August stuff for the next lot?
Spouse - Employer Letter & Letter from workplace pension provider  If you have to use this February stuff, I'd go with the pension provider as that's more "bank"-like.

July 18 -
Me - DBS Letter  Good, but go with the August stuff because the employer letter is no good.
Spouse - Employer Letter  No
OR
Aug 18 -
Me - HMRC P60  Good
Spouse - NHS Letter  Good

Oct 18 -
Me - Employer Payslip  Definitely go with the November stuff.
Spouse - NHS Letter
OR
Nov 18 -
Me - Bank Letter (credit card statement) or Police Letter  Good (either one)
Spouse - Council Letter  Good

Feb19 -
Me - Bank Letter (credit card statement)  If you did November above, do March for this set.
Spouse - NHS Letter
OR
Mar-19
Both - Tenancy Agreement/Bank Letter/Council Tax/Water Bill  Pick your favourite, most official thing that has both names on, and use it.  I lean toward the Council Tax statement.  :)

If you can see a combination that works within this I will obviously be over the moon...
I have some filler documents for other months also if more is needed...

I'm confused by the appearance of your P60 in June 2017 and August 2018... I thought those were only issued in April.  I have never worked in the UK, so I'm asking out of complete ignorance, but is that the right document?  At any rate, a document posted to you from HMRC counts, so it's good.  I am just confused by what it's called.

8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!

Okay ill look for more stuff to fill in the gaps highlighted and also will draft a quick covering letter to summarise it.

P60 is relates to the tax year ending April and are mailed out in the months following so it can be anytime between April and the summer normally.

P60s cover the financial year from April 6th to April 5th and are issued to employees sometime in May.

It is a legal requirement that all P60s must have been given to employees by 31st May.... so it shouldn’t be possible to use it for August evidence.

The only dates on the P60 forms appear to be in the bottom right of the letter which read June 17 & August 18 unless i'm interpreting this  wrong?

Could those be the version dates?  Many forms will have a date in the footer of when the form was last updated, for internal use to keep track of which version they're using.

What financial years do the forms cover?
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!

Not sure how i go about using P60's as evidence then as there doesn't appear to be a date on them :(
