Hi,
I am living in England self employed, just found out i have to file for US taxes but when I do its tell me I owe 1000's which I already payed my taxes for 2018 in England. I read about the certificate of coverage and people saying that should help without having to pay for taxes. Is this true? Also I read that people don't even attach the certificate to their tax and just send it in. How do I do that?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
