I was a member here a couple of years ago when I applied for my spouse visa to move to the UK and this forum was a great help. Well it almost that time again to apply for my Flr (M) application and I just had a couple questions regarding certain documents required and the IHS charge as I believe it is more than when I first paid.
1) Most important first my husband moved here 10 months before me and when he started working in the UK again he was living at his parents house for 3 months before he moved out and got our own. His boss had put his address down as his parents residence but when he moved it didn't get changed so for the year 2017 P60 it says his parents address instead of ours and when I moved here everything came to our address. In 2018's P60 the address still didn't get changed so once again it says his parents address instead of ours for 2 years that he was not living there. I got a job and my P60 says our address we just wanted to find out if this would be a problem when we send in our application and if it is possible to get it changed or just have his boss write a letter amending the issue.
2) What kind of mail are they looking for we have tons over the last 2 years but we weren't sure which should be sent and which shouldn't. We have bank statements, bills, council tax, and few other randoms from me registering with the NHS and getting my provisional license.
3)Lastly we are trying to get the money together for this application and I believe the IHS fee has gone up? I read that it is now 400 a year so as my application would be for another 2.5 years would that make the fee 1000? Also does anyone have an overall cost they might be able to quote me just like a good amount to have to cover everything the application, IHS, postage and if there is anymore. Also just a random question do you go on an interview for this application? I was just wondering.
