FLR(m) declarations

Hi All

Just about ready to submit my wifes FLR(m) application and have got to the delarations. For the financial requirement we're using savings, 20K in her account and the rest in mine. Do I as sponsor need to sign and send part 3 of the declaration about 3rd party sponsors or is my signing part 2 OK as most of the mail we're using for relationship evidence is in joint names. I'm tempted just to sign and send it anyway as it can't do any harm.

You just sign the one about joint names on documents. You aren’t allowed a 3rd party sponsor, so you don’t sign that one.
