I'm hoping to apply next week, and would appreciate a review of the following checklist. Am I leaving anything out? We are a same sex couple so could not be married until 2008. Consequently, we don't have much evidence before 2008, even though we've been together for over 30 years. Thanks!

Housing Evidence (address):
• Copy of certified property disposition recorded (date) in Scotland’s General Register of Sasines, which shows that we own the property
• Copy of mortgage discharge recorded (date), which shows that the mortgage loan with Bank has been discharged.
• Copy of the current year’s Edinburgh Council Tax statement, which shows sponsor’s current residency in the flat.
