Where is the return shipping label coming from?

Hi guys,

Excited to report that I submitted the online portion of my application (and paid the exorbitant fines!).

I headed over to a UPS Store yesterday to pick up my return shipping label. However when the cashier asked me where it was coming back from I totally froze and realized I had no clue whether they were shipping back from New York or Sheffield. I didn't know that the label would need an address! Lack of research on my part...

Now that I've googled it I'm coming up with conflicting responses. Some say they're coming back from Sheffield, others say from New York. Should I put the West 45th St. address on it? Also, do I need to send them another mailer within my outgoing parcel for them to send things back in? Feeling really dumb right now so appreciate any responses.

It's coming back from New York. It's processed in Sheffield but they send it there electronically, not physically.

Include a mailer, that's a new change.
