Hi,
I'm having a bit of a panic attack. For my ILR Set M application, I paid the extra £800 for the Super Priority Service. I was a bit annoyed that there were NO free appointments available anywhere in the UK (I'm in Kent and it was showing me appointments all the way in Manchester!) within the date range allowed for selection. I paid £69 for my appointment, but it's listed as "Standard Appointment". I really want to log a complaint after this process is done, because after paying for the visa and then Super Priority, it seems to be taking advantage for the third party to then charge additional money for a standard appointment. In any case, the instructions say to bring original documents in case anything was missed. Does anyone know if I do, in fact, have document checking service included with my appointment?
Secondly, even though my appointment says Standard, I just want to confirm that my application is still Super Priority and I should hopefully get my decision within 24 hours. Does anyone know anything about this? I saw something on another website saying that if your appointment says standard then the decision times are the normal decision times. I don't think that is correct, but wanted to check!
