« on: February 11, 2020, 06:36:59 PM »
HI

Its that time again, for my husbands last visa.  Would really appreciate it if you could check our docs please.
My husband arrived in 11 April 2015.
Applying for ILR on 15 Mar 2020.

Docs are:

- His passport
- My passport
- My declaration
- Council Tax Bill - Mar 19  (will put in Mar 20 if it arrives in time)
- Tenancy Agreement
- Marriage certificate

Evidence.  I had trouble with one of the dates going from Sept 17 so having read a previous post I did

Jan 20 - Joint Water Bill (as an added extra)

- His BRP
- His Employment contract
- 6 Bank Statements (corresponding with)
- 6 Payslips
- His letter from employer
- His P60 dated Apr 19

Thanks guys!

Gaby   :)

It looks good. You're just missing the life in the UK test pass.

And make sure you have the details correct. For example, do the payslips cover 6 full months and not a day less? Do the bank statements cover the exact same 6 month period as the payslips? Most people will include 7 months worth just to be on the safe side and make sure that's the case.
Is all the financial evidence dated within 28 days of the online application?

Thanks for the reply.
You've made some really good points which are much appreciated.

It looks good. You're just missing the life in the UK test pass.   (For some reason the "quotes" icon isn't working for me )

----  On the application they asked for the number on the pass.  However I will now put the test pass form in just to be safe.

And make sure you have the details correct. For example, do the payslips cover 6 full months and not a day less? Do the bank statements cover the exact same 6 month period as the payslips? Most people will include 7 months worth just to be on the safe side and make sure that's the case.

----   I'll add in an extra payslip and bank statement and double check that.

Is all the financial evidence dated within 28 days of the online application?

----    We are dating everything from March.

On the application it asks how long he has been in country.  I have put 4 years 11 months, as technically he will not reach 5 years until April.  Is this correct?

That all sounds good.  The 4 years, 11 months is correct for the reason you state.
