Something wrong with visa site?

I have started my ILR application. After the first few questions it asks for my email.....and then states it is sending a verification.....which never arrives. Not in junk. I've tried twice today, it let's me go on with the application though. But I stopped at putting in my phone number since it doesn't seem to like that either. Is there some particular way of putting in your mobile number to make it happy?

Well.....email finally solved itself. An hour after the last request.....the verification finally came through. It does say "beta" at the top of this application so.....

and now.....after another couple of hours...another verification. I think the site is having issues.
