NHS surcharge

Literally just got back from my biometric appointment.
All went well, except I forgot to mention that on my visa application form I accidentally filled in my previous home office reference number on the immigration detail section, which pulled out my old NHS surcharge number.
Is it too late to upload my new NHS surcharge number confirmation email on the UKVCAS website now? Or will they be able to figure out that I've made a mistake and here is my new surcharge number?

Since its a new system, I would hope they'd see the mistake and that you've paid the fee! I don't think you could have scheduled biometrics without paying it right?

I think it might be too late to upload it but there is nothing to stop you having a go. I expect they'll get in touch and let you know you need to pay it and at that point you can provide the new number.

Everything must be uploaded either before you attend your appointment, or at the appointment itself, so I don't think you will be able to do it now.

Having said that, they cannot issue the visa until they have the new IHS number, so they should contact you to ask for it (this is what they normally do), so I think you'll just need to wait for them to contact you now.
