Hi everyone. I have gathered my list of documents below hoping for any input or advice. As always thanks for all the invaluable help.

Some background. For financial requirement, we are going with savings from the sale of homes made previous to our move to UK. For accommodation, we are living in my in-laws second home so as with the entry visa we provide proof of their ownership and a letter of permission to live in the residence and proof of their citizenship.

A couple of question..
In the accommodation documents, I downloaded an official property registry in 2017 for the original visa application. Should I download an up to date one from the Land Registry or will this one from 2017 suffice?

Some overlap on the correspondence and financial category. We are using USA bank statements for correspondence proof but need them as financial proof also. In the submission process can we just use the same scans etc? How does/would that work?

For my original visa, I had a cover letter. A couple of things I want to mention about my application. I don't know my ex-wife birthday so just guessed and the "Living together" section would not take a USA postcode so I entered our current UK postcode. Should I mention this is a cover letter or is there a space at the end of the application for "Additional notes" or something?

It’s up to you. The 2017 one should be fine, but if you do want to show that they still own the property in 2020, it’s only £3 to download one with a current date on it.

Yes, scan once, then you can upload them twice: once in the financial section and once in the correspondence section.

Not sure if there is still an Additional Notes section on the form. If there is, you could put it in there, if not, just write a short note explaining it.

For the Living Together section, this is not a mistake - you’re being asked to put your current UK address in there. You are not supposed to be able to enter a US address.

Your documents look pretty good.
