Fantastic, that makes it easier. I will move the 'Month x' to the Pay Period column as a single number, and then we should be good to go. Now just to wait for his May payslip so his employer can sign off.

Likewise, it's good to hear we have most of June to apply as long as our financials are still within the dates we've gathered.

Closing in on everything we need! Just one big panic attack after another!  ;D

Thank you again x

Hopefully last question, as we near the date we are submitting our application.

My husband has an initial signed contract from his start date of 01 January 2018 with his employer.
He then changed titles and roles and had a new contract on 01 March 2018 - this is his current title and role
He has also had 2 subsequent pay rises in August 2018 and August 2019.

I have:
- Original signed contract
- March 2018 contract
- Pay rise letter from August 2018

His company did not provide an addendum for August 2019, but his employer will confirm his yearly gross salary in the letter which we are sending to him tomorrow.

Can anyone confirm which contract or sets of documents we should be sending here?

Thanks!  [smiley=daisy.gif]

I have:
- Original signed contract
- March 2018 contract
- Pay rise letter from August 2018

If the 3 documents listed, I would include:
- March 2018 contract

Since he got a new contract in March 2018, that one will supersede the original contract, so I would include the latest one and not the original one,

The August 2018 payrise letter is irrelevant because the payrise happened more than 6 months ago. Same goes with the August 2019 payrise - it’s not relevant to the application, so does not need to be mentioned

You only need to explain a payrise if it happened within the last 6 months, because for Category A they can only consider the lowest salary earned in the last 6 months.

The employer letter just needs to confirm:
- current employment and salary
- length of time earning current salary
- total length of employment
- type of employment

EDIT: ksand24 has helped us out again, as she always does, in a separate post I made about information around cancelling the application.

Original post:
We have submitted my FLR(M) this evening, and uploaded all of our documents.

After uploading, we realised that my middle name was left off of the FLR(M) 'Name of Applicant'. I am sure I had originally tried to write it in the first name slot, but it wouldn't all fit - so I left it off. I don't want to risk starting a new application under another login just to verify I am not thinking incorrectly.

On my passport it is 'First Name Middle Name Surname'. Also on my BRP. In various other areas of official bills, it is my middle initial, or no initial/no middle name at all. My signature usually includes my middle initial out of habit, but it's basically never used otherwise.

Have I just screwed everything up? I surely hope not. Do I need to write an accompanying letter? Could this be modified at the biometrics (doubt it)? I was very happy about submitting, and now of course this is nagging at me that I have just gotten myself a refusal. Do I need to cancel or vary this application and reapply? I am gutted that I've overlooked this basic step, and with the COVID wait I will go absolutely mad with worry.

Will this complicate matters when I apply for ILR and will need to use my First Middle Surname as 'other' names? Or does other names not care about middle names? Most people here that I know don't even have a middle name, it's practically unheard of in my husband's family.

Stressing  ???
