Applied spouse flr-m extension during the first week of february and attended biometric on the second week of february as the visa was expiring on second week of feb, used salary and dividends to meet the financial requirements from the limited company.now we have received the visa status as 'the application is not yet completed'
As the decision is delayed,
a,The company could not generate income from march due to current situation, If the visa decision is delayed further (not sure how long), and considering the difficulty to generate income, shall i start looking for any temp paye/permanent job making the company dormant. will this hamper the visa decision as i'm sponsor.
b, and if the visa is refused for any reasons, and if i have to reapply,considering that i have joined permanent job just before the refusal, then how should i satisfy earnings requirements. just to want to make right decision before proceeding anything...thanks
