Currently looking to apply for the marriage visa- fiancé to get married in the U.K. in late November,
We have most of the documents sorted and now looking to start the application, We are trying to decide what is the best option
VFS services are only just now open in and around San Francisco, my fiancé has had a refusal to enter the U.K. once before although has been let in since. Therefore we would not be able to use the priority service.
Or
Look to apply via the department of homeland security application centre. Can you upload documents through this like with VFS? Is the process the same effectively?
Has anyone had success using this format recently?
What is the best option for the best result?
