confused on how many months of documents and price increase on third spouse visa

Hi! My visa * third one out of four for marriage visa. I am confused how far back for documents. It will be two and a half years when I apply so does that mean they want docs from the full two and a half years ( in three months increments) or do I not count the last six months leading up to the application. I am speaking about mailed letters to our residence to prove living there. I know the last six months I need my husbands pay stubs and bank statements but I am confused regarding when I stop collecting the mailed letters. For the next visa ( last out of four thank god) do I start collecting documents as of the date of the new visa? I am confused about the mailed letters during the six months.

Secondly is it true the NHS fee part of the visa is going up from 400 to 623??  My visa is due to be sent in October and I hear that is when it is due. Can I send in my visa earlier than October to avoid this or do I have to send it no earlier than 28 days before expiring.  Thank you!!

For your second FLR, you need mail spaced every 4 months for the most recent 2 years. Don't stop collecting it at all, you'll need it for ILR as well.
You will most likely need 7 months of pay slips and bank statements to get the correct degree of overlap.

Assuming they gave you exactly 2.5 years on your first FLR, you can't apply earlier than 28 days before it expires. The IHS is going up.
