I think what this thread is proving is I should have moved to Scotland The visa challenges remain up there, but I'm glad quality of life is better. There isn't medical care for my condition outside of London so I guess if you have to travel to see docs anyways, may as well be somewhere nice the rest of the time!

Except you would have to pay to have that medical care in London, unless you could convince NHS Scotland to pay NHS England for that treatment.
