I was wondering when should anyone who can vote in the US election send away for the  mail in ballot? I was assuming it is when Joe Biden announces his running mate.  Thanks for any info!

The process for registering/getting a ballot depends on what state you're from. There's a lot of good information about getting your absentee ballot on the Federal Voting Assistance Program website.

Hi! Yes you would put your last address in the US where you are registered to vote. The form should have a place to put your UK address. If it is like NY state then you print that form up and send it back for your ballot. I am putting tracking on my application as well as my ballot for sure! Bear in mind you must have your actual ballot in 45 days before the election for it to count.
