Thanks - that page also seems to answer (well seems to confirm Durhamlads answer) on my earlier query about DC plans...

"B. Definition
A foreign pension is any periodic or lump-sum payment made by either a foreign employer or a foreign country."

A DC plan seems like neither of these things....even if some of the funds it in were originally contributed by an employer
