Hello!
I’m currently *hoping* to travel home for Christmas this year, and I’m hoping it’s not just wishful thinking this year!
My passport expires at the end of the year and I’m switching from flrm to ilr in the fall so I will be changing my passport during that as well as changing my name to my married name on my passport (finally!) at that point in the year.
Flights are incredibly cheap right now and I’d like to book our flights (again, only traveling if it’s deemed safe by then!) but with my passport needing renewal and a name change being needed, how do I go about booking flights? Am I able to book and then change my details without hassle? Or will I need to wait until the fall and I receive my new passport?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
