UK Yankee Wannabe
« on: January 11, 2005, 03:31:47 PM »
Hello All,

We've been getting serious about moving to the UK since Nov. 3rd, though we've dreamed of it at least since our Honeymoon 10 years ago.   I'd always hoped to do a sabbatical there one day, but that seems to far off now.  I've been trying to find work (I've got a PhD in US history, not the most employable type (But then my wife has a masters in medieval French, so it's all relative ;)) and I'd like to think we could be productive members of British Society.  Here's a picture of the kiddies, for whom we do it all.

Hi there, what cute kiddies! Best of luck finding your way over here - have a look at our Immigration & Job forums for guidance on how to go about it.
