Hi Guys,
So I submitted my application last week and my biometric appointment is on the 9th of June.
I am now in the process of scanning my documents and uploading it to the UK Visa website. It’s proven to be so tedious especially as I have a very basic scanner.
For the documents that I have multiple pages, I am using cam scanner on my phone. It seems to be ok, and I am compressing the files so it’s less than 6MB per file. Would this be ok to use ?
Also, as I have so many documents, including bank statements and cohabitation letters I’ve uploaded so many files. I did put a description on all of them.
Is correct that I should upload most of my proof documents on the ‘OTHER’ section ( I.e. payslips, marriage certificate, tenancy agreement, bank statements )
I just don’t want to make any mistakes. Will this be also the place I will upload my cover letter
?
Now I wish I had paid for the scanning service.
Lastly, is it worth it to pay for the document checking service ? To make sure I uploaded the documents correctly ? I mean I am not a ding bat, but these things makes me nervous.
