Howdy!
« on: July 21, 2021, 01:45:51 PM »
Hello everyone,

My name is Micah and my wife, son, daughter and I live in Wales. We moved here over two years ago for my work and are enjoying our time in the UK. My wife and I are originally from Texas but have lived in Maryland and most recently Florida. Happy to be a part of this group and will be posting for some visa help for a newborn.  ;)

Best,
The Flores's

I somehow glossed over this detail.  Yay, Wales!

Hi KFdancer, we lived in Gainesville for 5 years. How about yourself?

I’m not a gator though as my brother graduated from FSU!

Isn't Bridgend where the ferry leaves for Ireland?  I hope you've take that trip, we did a road trip through Ireland a few years back and it was really fun.

No, we are in South Wales near the capitol, Cardiff. Likely you caught a ferry in North Wales, Holyhead maybe? Will eventually make it to Ireland and Scotland hopefully!  ;)

Ah I did see a ferry leaving from west wales. We have been to Pembrokeshire and it was lovely. Haven't made it to Fishguard or Ireland yet. Nice to know there is a closer ferry to catch!  ;D
