Just a quick question.
I received my spouse visa approval on the first week of July. In the letter it said if I am due any IHS refund they will refund me automatically in 6 weeks time.
Basically I came into the UK with a Tier 2 Work Visa which was valid till March 2022. I received my Spouse Visa in July 2021, which then cancels the Tier 2 Visa. I believe because of that I should have about 9 months IHS surcharge to be refunded. I haven't received any letter today. I tried calling the IHS surcharge refund hotline but they say they are only doing this for health care workers.
Do you all know any other places I can call or email regarding this ? I think I am due a 6 month IHS surcharge refund anyway.
