ILR Set(M) Doc Checklist

Hello Ksand/All,

Can you kindly advise if my documents are correct for ILR Set(M)? I will be applying this month and have been with my company on a permanent basis for approximately a decade. 

• •   Applicant current passport
  •   Applicant expired passport (contains entry visa)
  •   Applicant expired and current FLR cards
  •   UK Spouse current British passport
  •   Marriage certificate
  •   Declaration form signed by UK spouse
  •   6 months bank statement (Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Jul/Aug 2021 individual statements).  The bank branch printed my statements in black and white, but they did stamp each page.  I assume this will be fine?
  •   6 months payslips (Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Jul/Aug 2021 individual statements downloaded from employee portal. Each slip has company name/logo, and applicant personal details).
  •   Letter from employer confirming employment (permanent, starting date, title, salary)
  •   Latest annual mortgage statement
  •   Land registry title
  •   Evidence of living together

  o   #2: August 2019 (Individual TV License, Individual Utility bill)
  o   #3: January 2020 (Joint, Property estate maintenance bill)
  o   #4: June 2020 (Joint, Water bill)
  o   #5: November 2020 (Joint, Proposed change in annual service charge issued by Property estate maintenance company).

I'm just going to rearrange your documents into the correct upload sections for the application:

Application Documents
•   Applicant current passport
•   Applicant expired passport (contains entry visa)
•   Declaration form signed by UK spouse - not sure if this is part of the ILR online form still, but include it if it is
•   Part 1 Consent to Checks form signed by applicant - not sure if this is part of the ILR online form still, but include it if it is
•   Part 2 Consent to Checks form signed by UK sponsor - not sure if this is part of the ILR online form still, but include it if it is

Proof of Identity/Travel History
•   Applicant current FLR card - you should no longer have your expired one as it needed to be returned to UKVI in Bristol to be destroyed when your current FLR(M) was issued. I assume you can just mail it back with your current one when your ILR BRP is issued
•   UK Spouse current British passport

Finances
•   6 months bank statement (Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Jul/Aug 2021 individual statements).  The bank branch printed my statements in black and white, but they did stamp each page.  I assume this will be fine? - yes, that's fine
•   6 months payslips (Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Jul/Aug 2021 individual statements downloaded from employee portal. Each slip has company name/logo, and applicant personal details). - as these are online, each one must be verified in the employer letter
•   Letter from employer confirming employment (permanent, starting date, title, salary), verification of each online payslip (pay date, gross pay, net pay, date paid into bank account, and an explanation for any discrepancies between pay date/amount and bank statement deposit date/amount)

Accommodation Documents
Evidence of Homeownership
•   Land registry title
Evidence of monthly housing costs
•   Latest annual mortgage statement
•   Latest Council Tax statement (which you have with the cohabitation documents)
Cohabitation Documents
March 2019 (Joint, Utility bill)
August 2019 (Individual TV License, Individual Utility bill)
January 2020 (Joint, Property estate maintenance bill)
June 2020 (Joint, Water bill)
November 2020 (Joint, Proposed change in annual service charge issued by Property estate maintenance company).
April 2021: (Joint, Property estate maintenance bill)
September 2021: (Joint, Latest Council Tax Statement)

Other
•   Marriage certificate
