Consent forms for Home Office to verify applicants information
« on: October 08, 2021, 04:51:35 PM »
Having completed the ILR online application these 3 forms do not appear available to download. The Spouse/Partner declaration was available as was a copy of the completed application but nothing else that we could see. The ILR Document Checklist does not list these forms. The FLR Document Checklist from 2.5 years ago does specifically list these forms and these were downloadable then I believe. Are these consent forms still needed?

We did download these forms from a UK.Gov link and these are the same as before with the FLR submission. So if needed these can I assume are the current forms?

We will bring these to the biometerics appointment in any case.

Thank you -

If they weren’t part of the online application they are not required for ILR, so you don’t need to worry about them.

The sponsor declaration is all you need for ILR.

Good news and thank you. It is good to hear from you - been a rather unusual 2.5 years.  Hope all is well. As I said to Larrabee in an earlier post we really can't say enough about what you all have done here for everyone. It's been 5 years! for us.
