ILR Home Office email

I went to my Liverpool BIOS appt in late Aug & they scanned in all my paperwork.  By my reckoning I didn't figure to hear anything until maybe late Jan or Feb 2022.

This afternoon (Fri) I got an email from HO saying they don't have certain paperwork & are giving me 2 weeks to comply.  They sent the email literally 5 minutes before they closed for the day.

Now I have to wait until Mon to call them & ask if they did not get the exemption paperwork.  If they did receive it then I have to find out why they are choosing to ignore the paperwork.  And if they are ignoring it then I need to contact my lawyer.

Doing my best to not stress.

What exemption paperwork?

Sometimes they just miss things. I got an email asking me to prove we met the financial requirements for FLR(M) when we had definitely included all the paperwork. I just sent it all in again (after panicking and being calmed down by the good people here!) and got my approval the next day.

Why don’t you just send them the stuff they’re asking to see, even if you know you already included it?
