Top Section of Forum Missing?

Is it just me, or are others missing the top section of the forum?  It's the part with Admin stuff, Welcome Wagon, and News topics in.  For me, that section is showing blank today.  Anybody else?

Hmm, it shows up fine for me, on both mobile and desktop versions.

It all looks fine to me, using Chrome on an iPad.

I'm good on laptop.

It took me a while to figure out what you are on about because I never look at that view.  "Unread " is the only view that counts for me.  On Tapatalk it's "Discussions". 

It must just be my phone/browser.  I'll have a look next time I'm on my 'Big Phone' to see if it's working for me there.  I've not been using my laptop much lately, so I don't know if it is displaying properly on it.  But I do know my phone's browser is often a bit weird.
