FLR (M) Checklist & Correspondence/Residency Questions

Hello everyone! I am applying for my second FLR visa. I came over to the UK in 2019 on a fiancé visa, and was granted FLR (M) in August 2019. My BRP expires in February, so I am finishing my application now.

It has been over 2 years since my last application so I wanted to ensure I have everything and ask a couple questions -  My application situation is pretty straightforward: No prior marriages or kids, and using category A for finance. I have listed questions in red below.

Application Documents
- Applicant's Current Passport and All Old Passports
- IHS reference number and payment receipt
- signed declarations and consent as part of online application

Proof of Identity/Travel History
- Applicant's BRP - Do I need to show prior ones?
- Sponsor's Current Passport

Financial Evidence
- Full Six Months of pay slips (July 2021 - January 2022) - all signed as authentic
- Full Six Months of bank statements (July 2021 - January 2022)
- Letter from employer

Residence in UK
- Tenancy Agreement - This is from 2019 as we have lived in the same place since - Do we need anything additional?
- Council Tax Bill 2021/2022

Correspondence - Are these dated okay?
- December 2019 - Joint Notice from Water Company
- April 2020 - Joint Bank Statement
- August 2020 - Joint Gas Bill
- December 2020 - Applicant's Bank Statement and Sponsor's Insurance Statement
- April 2021 - Joint Bank Statement
- August 2021 - Joint Gas Statement
- December 2021 - Applicant's NHS letter and Sponsor's Insurance Statement

Other
- Marriage Certificate

Application Documents
- Applicant's Current Passport
- Any previous passports held SINCE moving to the UK (no others are needed)
- signed declarations and consent as part of online application

Proof of Identity/Travel History
- Applicant's BRP - Do I need to show prior ones? No, any previous ones should have been mailed back to UKVI/destroyed (if you have any still, I would mail them back to UKVI when you get your new FLR(M) BRP through as you will need to send your current one back as well).
- Sponsor's Current Passport

Financial Evidence
- Full Six Months of pay slips (July 2021 - January 2022) - all signed as authentic
- Full Six Months of bank statements (July 2021 - January 2022)
- Letter from employer
Optional but recommended (as they may ask to see them):
- May 2021 P60
- job contract

Residence in the UK
Accommodation
- Tenancy Agreement - This is from 2019 as we have lived in the same place since - Do we need anything additional? No, nothing else.
