My ILR timing….and questions

Ok, time to post everything I have and have scanned for my ILR. Hopefully all is ready, but please let me know what you think!
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
-Applicants current passport, every page scanned
I have no other passport since moving to the UK, but in the application it requests any passport used to travel to or enter the UK…..So I scanned all of my previous passport.

-Signed sponsors declaration

PROOF OF IDENTITY/TRAVEL HISTORY
-Sponsor’s UK Passport (every page) and Birth Certificate
- My BRP card scanned both sides

FINANCES
- 7 months of payslips all stamped and signed by payroll as they are electronically generated
- 7 months of bank statements showing pay going in. Most recent is February.
- Letter from payroll verifying electronically produced payslips are true and accurate. Signature is electronic, is that ok??
- Employer letter
-Signed job contract

ACCOMMODATION
- Lease agreement in both of our names
- Latest Council tax bill

COHABITATION
- 7 items of mail previously listed in above post

OTHER
-Marriage Certificate
- Divorce decrees for both of us

Application is filled out and ready for the big day.

Update….

Attended biometrics this morning at 8:30 and at 12:10 My ILR was APPROVED!

Absolutely couldn’t have done all of the fun visas without the AMAZING help from this forum and it’s members.
Drinks…….are on me!!!!

Yeah, you need to include:

- current US passport
- any other passports you have held since you moved to the UK (i.e. if you renewed your passport in the last 5 years, or if you hold a second citizenship)

No, ALL documents are scanned and uploaded now, even your current passport and your BRP card.

So, you do not mail any documents at all - you just take your passport and BRP card to your biometrics appointment to show as ID and then take them back home with you.

But while you do keep your current passport and BRP while the visa is processing, you cannot travel during that time as leaving the UK will invalidate the application.

Another random but related question to ILR spousal visa ... To verify the 18K requirement, can I solely use my husband's payslips, bank statements and letter from his employer (the amount he makes covers the requirement) or do I have to include all of mine too? I'm currently in a temporary role so I figured it would be better to go with his again.

If one of you meets the 18.6k then you don't need to include information about the other job.
