ILR - 10 or 5 year route? Any difference?

Anyone here get ILR through the 10 year route? Anyone know if it’s any more hassle than the 5 year route?

I’ve been here for 10 years as of last month on multiple visa types but currently on my second spousal visa and can apply for ILR in June of 2023 if going 5 year route.

Basically is there any difference to the application process/evidence needed? Should I wait till next year or just start the process now?
