ILR application

Hello, time for my wife's ILR application... We got off to a bad start by accidentally filling in the settlement private life route instead of the five year marriage (set M). I am kicking myself but we have paid the fees,  though not had biometrics or anything yet.

Am I correct to think we can withdraw the application and the fees will be refunded? Have tried to message ukvcas but without any joy.

Yes, as long as you have not yet attended biometrics, you will be able to get your money back.
