Questions about BRP
« on: October 07, 2022, 02:16:49 PM »
My approval e-mail said that they will be sending my new BRP by courier within 7 working days from yesterday. Will the courier let me know what day they are coming? If not, I will see if I can work from home next week.

It also said to cut my old one in half and post it to them, but my old one is expired. Do I still need to do this, or is that only for when there are overlapping dates on the BRPs? Thank you again.

If you call DX (think they might be called TNT now), they will let you know if they have a delivery and can arrange the day or tell you when it's currently scheduled (usually they get it the day before they deliver).  They are very helpful.

And yes, return your BRP even though it's expired.
