Yes, you are correct, you don't need a fiance/marriage visa as you are allowed to marry on your Tier 4 visa. All you need now is the "I do". Congratulations!

I've now gotten to the portion where the application is asking for proof that you and your partner have been living together for 2 years. While we techinically have, we weren't on each others tenancy agreements. I only have proof of that in the last year and 7 months.The next question essentially asks why we were not living together continuously over a 2 year period. But I'm not sure what to say besides, we just weren't living together. Is the 2 year requirement something we must do before submitting the application?
