Back again for the ILR - this forum has been such a source of support in previous applications and glad to see many familiar names still here and being helpful as ever.
I understand the financial evidence for ILR is pretty much the same as the spouse visa, but due to the timing of the application and my job contract, it's a bit more complicated than past applications. I'll be applying for ILR in late February, about a month before my 1 year contract expires at the end of March. I have the 6-months payslips to the application date and the contract is extremely likely to be renewed, but it's possible that it won't be renewed for the next year by the time of my application. I've worked long enough at the same company that I believe I'm legally considered permanent but my contract still says it'll expire at the end of March. Can I use my salary for my financial evidence or will I also need to include my spouse's salary as well because I have limited time remaining on my contract?
