Hi, i hope everyone is well.
I'm looking to apply for ilr and had a question regarding the same.
So I am applying via the adequate maintenance route as my wife receives P.I.P.
My question is on the form it states I have to include proof of my wife's disability via a doctor's letter.
I didn't have to provide proof about her condition previously so wondered if I had to as my gp may charge a fee.
I will be providing my wife's P.I.P award so didn't see why this is required.
