I'm filling in the application for ILR now and unsure how to answer 'How long have you lived in the UK?'. I had a Tier 4 visa, then returned to the US, then back to the UK with a fiance visa in October 2017. I got the spousal visa in late March 2018. I'm within the 28 days of 5 years from the spousal visa being issued. Do I answer this question with 4 years and 11 months (from spousal visa being issued) or 5 years and 4 months (from arrival in UK on fiance visa)?
