SET(M) ILR Online Form keeps resetting

Hi,

Is anyone having any technical issues with completing the SET(M) form online for ILR.
Having completed the first two sections (Applicant details and financials) it keeps logging out and then starting again.
But when we click on the view and edit answers it shows that the data entered is on the form….

Do we need to re key everything again ?

Just want to say thanks for this thread, you made me realise somehow I'd gone to the wrong form because it didn't ask anything about financials. (It was for ILR, and gave me the choice for family settlement). Wow that would have been bad.

Were you able to solve your issue? We have to re-request financials so I'm just waiting until I have the updated docs before trying again.
