Waiting on citizenship

Hi all,

I had my biometrics November 2nd for naturalization, and have heard nothing since. I know they say it takes up to six months, but I'm getting a little concerned watching people get their response who applied well after me! Is anyone else still waiting? At what point can I take it up with our mp?

That was us! Every step of the way, people who applied after us got their results before we did.
It's not nice but it's just the way they do it. And it's nothing to worry about. Give it at least 6 months.
Fingers crossed it comes soon though!

The good thing about the citizenship application is that they will almost certainly get in touch if they need something from you. Knowing that helped me to worry less. 

I got my approval today! Shocked considering it's a Sunday/easter/a bank holiday! But thrilled I'm coming to the end of ever having to deal with ukiv again!

Were you without your American passport for that whole time??? I'd hate to think the stress that would have put you under if so :-(  So glad its all over for you!
