Hi! I'm about to apply for naturalization. My days in the last year outside the UK don't exceed the limit but in the last three years, they do exceed 270 days with just 4 days. (I had medical treatments abroad) Would 4 days cause refusal or not?
Have you EXCLUDED travel days?If you left on Monday and returned on Friday, you only count Tues, Wed, and Thur which is 3 days NOT 5 days.Hopefully that gets you inside the rules.
Really? I always thought travel days counted as days out.
Fill in the table showing the periods you have been away from the UK during the residence period. Insert the number of days you were away from the UK in the last column ignoring the day you left and the day you arrived back in the UK.
