Hi All,
My wife (American) and I (British) married in Oregon in 2017. She moved to the UK in 2018 and lived here since. We are planning to move to Oregon permanently in two years and I wonder what type of immigration visa, I should applied for.
Reading the information posted on US embassy website, it appears that the best option for us is for me to apply
1. either for employer-sponsored (I work for a blue-chip company that has business units across multiple states in the US) visa; or
2. family/spouse visa.
Has any body posted a similar query on this forum? If so, I'd be grateful if you could share the link. Alternatively, I'd welcome any comments or thoughts on this topic.
