Hello everyone,
I just got my ILR and want to apply for citizenship as a spouse. I have been here for almost six years but in the last 3 years, I spent 269 days abroad.
I know the maximum I can stay abroad is 270 days in 3 years but my question is if I apply and leave now for holiday, will they count my days abroad even after the application date or will they stop counting up to the application date? (I hope that makes sense)
