Pay Increase during 6 months leading up to ILR application
« on: September 09, 2023, 02:38:40 PM »
Hi,

I'm seeking clarification on this point.

I earn above the financial requirement amount. In the last 6 months i have received:
1. a pay increase
2. an annual bonus
3. two referral commissions
As such the amounts on the 6 different payslips are different, although i am salaried -

Under my circumstances would it be correct to select 3 or 1 from the below options?

In Finance section,I am employed by the same employer for the last 6 months prior to the date of application therefore I answered Yes, Then there are four choice from question "What do they earn":

1.The same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount.
2.The same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount.
3.Not the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement amount.
4.Not the same amount continuously, below the financial requirement amount.

Same happened for my 2nd visa, although this was before online applications. Since its the same employer, it should still only need 6 months proof as long as the salary was always over the minimum. So, as long as it is, I would put number 3.

They will judge by the lowest amount in that 6 months. So for my application, we put the lower salary amount as the base pay they we were going off of. And then we included an explanation about the situation, as well as has the employer talk about the original pay and the raise in their letter. Their explanation would be good to have the start date of the raise.
