ILR time already!
« on: August 13, 2023, 03:52:23 PM »
Just gathering my list of items for ILR.  :D Wanting to apply near end of this month so just need to triple check I’ve got everything.

Entered UK 7 May 2018 on Spouse Visa 5 year route. Currently have FLR(M) which expires 04/01/2024.  Applying for SET(M) this round.

Going back 2.5 years for correspondence I have the following:

Jan 2021
TV license - me
Bank statement- husband

June 2021
Joint bank statement

Nov 2021
Mortgage company statement - husband
SQA - me

Apr 2022
Joint bank statement

Sept 2022
Joint bank statement

Feb 2023
Joint bank statement

July 2023
General Dental Council-me
SSE (electricity provider)-husband

That gives me more than 3 sources and spaced evenly every 5 months going back before my last leave was approved.

Other items I have:
7 months payslips (13 Jan 2023 to 18 Aug 2023) August one we will have Thursday
7 months bank statements showing all payslips deposited and covering Jan 2023 to Aug 2023 (will have Aug one by 20th)
Latest mortgage statement
Land registry
Latest council tax
Life in the UK test pass reference number
Marriage certificate
My passports (current one and one in previous name)
Husbands passport
My brp

Still to get:
Letter from his employer verifying payslips and permanent, full time, non salaried employment (dated within 28 days)
Signed declarations

What am I forgetting? Are my dates ok for correspondence and pay? He gets paid weekly so there’s a lot to go through.

TIA for any

UK Spouse Visa (Priority)
