Wise Account

I am resident in the UK but lived in the US for a number of years and contributed to a Traditional IRA with Vanguard.
To enable me to take a distribution from my IRA I linked my Vanguard account to a Wise US Dollar account which was operated in the US by Evolve Bank. Wise then switched banks in the US to Community Federal Savings Bank. I have attempted to link my Vanguard account to CFSB but it is not allowing me to. I have spoken to Vanguard at length about this but to no avail.
Has anybody on the forum encountered such a problem?
I am at a loss as to how I can now take a distribution if I cannot link a bank account to my Vanguard account. I would appreciate any advice.
