Increase in fees & thank you!

Hello I am inquiring if the increase in fees for NHS will be for folks here before 2022 on their 2nd or 3rd marriage visa. Is there an increase in the base cost of the visa as well?    This is for a friend.  Also a HUGE thank you to everyone partially K Sand and KF Dancer for helping me! I finally got my ILR! Started this journey in 2016!!!  On that note what is up with the expiration? Is it due to not printing cards anymore?   THANK YOUUUUU ONCE AGAIN!!!xx

If what they are applying for requires the IHS to be paid, they will pay the full amount. They can't pay the old fee when an increase starts. The rise comes into force from 16 Janauary 2024.

Yes there was a rise on 4 October 2023. The Limited Leave to Remain visa 20% increase, will be put in place at a later date "due to the need for further technical arrangements to be put in place to ensure that all applicants can pay the correct level of fee"
