ILR and withdrawing application
« on: November 23, 2023, 12:58:09 PM »
Hello all,

I did my visa application form for my ILR last week and put my own information as the financial sponsor, i.e. my own job, payslips, bank statements, etc.

However, I wanted to ask if it's possible to withdraw this, get my money refunded, and resubmit my application with my husband's details instead, with him as my sponsor. My biometrics are scheduled for 9 December, so we have time to gather all of the documents in his name instead of mine. Please advise.
